Ladies’ Committee Proposed Resolution 2025

The Ladies' Committee wishes to propose the resolution below:
Deletion of: Honorary Secretary/Competition Secretary - shall be elected for one year and may stand for re-election at the Ladies' Annual Meeting for up to a maximum term of 6 years. The Committee may appoint an Assistant Secretary/Competition Secretary from within their ranks.
Replace with:
The Honorary Secretary to be elected for one year and may stand for re-lection at the Ladies' Annual Meeting for up to a maximum term of 6 years.
The Competition Secretary to be elected for one year and may stand for re-lection at the Ladies' Annual Meeting for up to a maximum term of 6 years
The Committee may appoint an Assistant Secretary and Assistant Competition Secretary from within their ranks.
